Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that bags showing signs of use, stains, odors, pet hair or damage cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at: hello@liyahandco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Item will be replaced if available, or a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
